In all the mad rush to Christmas with present buying and arrangement making, we forget that the New Year too us upon us. So we focus on the festive season and think that come New Years Eve we will set our intentions for the next 365 days and start 2019 all fresh and new.
There is only one problem with this.....the year starts before we are really prepared and the clock keeps on ticking and we are are scrabbling around to find that gym deal, or vegan recipe and before we know it, it is March and we have forgotten all our good intentions and are back to our usually self. Breaking habits are hard - they take at least 21 days, and definitely 40 days to replace one habit with another. So if you only begin on the 1 January, by February you are only just getting in the mood, and by March if you are lucky you are starting to get into the groove. But in all likeliness, by March, you have forgotten what your intentions were.
So, I propose that you spend the month of December setting your intentions and your goals for 2019. Sit down, make the plan, write it out clearly and start to put things in place now, so that come January you are ready. With everything one has to plan, prepare, perform (and then put away!).
OK if you want to get organised for your GCSE's next year, then start thinking about what sort of filing system you want, which way you want to revise, what books do you need, what stationary? Gather these things together now, and start putting them in place. In this way, by the time school begins in January you will be organised and you will be able to focus on the studying and not on the 'getting organised to study'.
Also setting your intentions tells the universe what you want. Make sure you are very clear with what you want. "I want to earn at least £10 a week pocket money by doing odd gardening jobs for old people in my area" as opposed to "I want to earn some pocket money". The more specific you are, the more likely it is to happen. In the above example you will be able straight away to see what you need to do...get some gardening tools, contact the elderly in your area, put an advert in the local community hall. You see you are already half way there. You do that all this month, and by 1 January you will have your first job...and earned your first few Pounds.
If you are feeling that you do not have the confidence to do the above, try some Larch flower drops. They will give you the boost you need.
If you are feeling that you do not have the confidence to do the above, try some Larch Flower Remedy. They will give you the boost you need. And think about it, if you sit down now and set your intentions for 2019, by this time next year you will be a lot richer then you are right now.
